We survived the first official year and had a great year. Our program is one of the largest in the state in terms of allowing students access to learn the sport of bass fishing, allow access to bass fishing, and be part of a team of 25+ members. The support we have received from local business and individuals has been a key part in keeping the team functioning. We achieved our goals for last year and have worked towards expanding our goals for the 2010 season.

Welcome to Moline High School’s bass fishing teams homepage. We are very excited that the IHSA has sanctioned bass fishing as a high school sport for the 2008-2009 school year. Moline’s goal for this year was to put together a team that not only can compete at the IHSA state events but also compete through out the year at a variety interschool tournaments among our students. Our team has about 25 students that have joined since Fall 08. The sport of bass fishing has become so popular that many colleges have competitive bass fishing teams. Our team at Moline is work in progress and changes will come as we move forward with the program. If you would like to help out please contact the head coaches below.
